We are delighted to offer Friends the opportunity to hear Petroc Trelawny interview celebrated tenor Ian Bostridge about Schubert’s Winterreise.
He will explore the themes of his latest book, Schubert's Winter Journey: Anatomy of an Obsession, dealing with the context, resonance and personal significance of a work which is arguably the greatest landmark in the history of Lieder. The talk will take place in the Bechstein Room and copies of the book will be available to purchase in the foyer.
